Here is my old intake manifold, as you can see it was all plastic.

Those top two ports are where the coolant used to run through, since it would heat up and cool down a lot, living in hot texas, the plastic ended up developing a hair line crack that made it leak. The new one, which I need to take a picture of, has an aluminum coolant section.

Here is my car all nice and clean, it took 8 dollars worth of time to clean it up. I didn't have a car for a month, I learned a lot about walking about Austin, lost 10 lbs. and gained a great appriciation for friends who do have cars. But alas it is nice to have the "sleeper" back in action.
